**Store Engineer Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate tracking and management of all raw materials, finished goods, and consumables in the store.
- **Stock Audits**: Conduct regular stock audits to verify physical stock with system records and ensure proper documentation.
- **Material Handling**: Supervise the loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials to prevent damage and ensure efficient retrieval.
- **Procurement Coordination**: Collaborate with the procurement team to monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders for replenishment as needed.
- **Stock Monitoring**: Track minimum and maximum stock levels, ensuring timely reordering to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records for all material receipts, dispatches, and stock adjustments, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- **Quality Checks**: Ensure that all incoming materials are inspected for quality and quantity, rejecting any items that do not meet standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement safety procedures within the store, ensuring the proper storage of hazardous materials and the overall safety of the store environment.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of materials, resolving any discrepancies in orders or deliveries.
- **Material Issuance**: Oversee the issuance of materials to production or other departments, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
- **5S Implementation**: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store by implementing 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- **Team Supervision**: Lead and guide store personnel in their daily tasks, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- **Return Management**: Handle the return of defective or excess materials to vendors, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- **Coordination with Production**: Communicate with the production team to ensure the timely supply of materials for uninterrupted operations.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, material movements, and inventory status for management review.
