**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the distribution and channel sales sector.

2. Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage relationships with distributors and channel partners.

3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with new and existing distribution partners to maximize sales and profitability.

4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

5. Provide ongoing support to distribution partners, including training, product updates, and marketing materials.

6. Monitor and report on channel sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize sales channels.

8. Organize events, webinars, and other initiatives to engage channel partners and increase brand presence.

9. Track and analyze the effectiveness of distribution strategies, adapting as needed to improve performance.

**Required Skills**:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2) Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or distribution management.

3) Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

4) Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

5) Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6) Analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and business opportunities.

7) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
