Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and modify legal documents/contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities/functional departments.
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Legal operations and contract executions.
- Invoice processing and Management
- Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the legal department for management meetings.
- Maintaining of MIS for contracts and IPR

Requirements
- Knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
- Knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to law and compliance
- Methodical and diligent with planning abilities
- Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that flourishes with new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Open to taking up challenging tasks and assignments

Position Details:

- Duration: 1 year
- Internship: Type: Paid
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Note - Accommodation and relocation support are not included as part of this internship

Eligibility:

- No active backlogs
- 50% or above throughout education
- Location: Mumbai
- DOJ: Last week of Feb, 2025
- Currently pursuing a legal course or a combination of legal and company secretary course
- YOP - 2024/2025

Evaluation process:
