FUNCTION The job holder is responsible for the provision of smooth and efficient catering service in the assigned section. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Check with the concerned Flight Supervisor / Duty Officer or any such officer In-charge for the duty regarding the Flight schedules for the day. 2. Check on the allocation of your duty as specified by the concerned official for the day and make note of the same. 3. Ensure that the walls and equipment are not damaged while bringing items from other departments. 4. Ensure that all carts, ancillaries and other required items for the flight are loaded in the Catering vehicle before starting from the Unit. 5. Load / offload airline equipment and food items in the Unit / Catering vehicles/aircraft/tarmac or any other place as instructed by the Supervisory staff placed in authority over you. 6. Assist the Catering vehicle operator for aligning the Catering vehicles to the aircraft with the proper direction and marshalling done to avoid collision with the aircraft or any other vehicles near aircraft. 7. Ensure that all equipment related to the flight has to be handed over the Production department within the prescribed time. 8. Ensure that Airlines stores items are picked up from the Stores within the prescribed time. 9. Make entry of the Name / Signature in any such specified forms, documents and registers that may be required for official and security reasons. Ensure that HACCP / LSG Ramp safety & Security procedures are adhered to.Adhere all norms as specified by the Airport Authorities such as holding of Company ID Card / Airport Entry Pass. 10. Off load equipment like carts, cabinets & ovens etc from the Catering vehicle. 11. Segregate carts as per class and contents. 12. Withdraw equipment from Airline stores to replenish the loss and damage to float equipment. 13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Flight Supervisor / Duty Officer / Operations **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,855.19 - ₹61,005.59 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift - Morning shift **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
