**A day in the life of a Redfox Security red teamer**:

- Perform external and internal red team penetration tests
- Create and deliver penetration test reports
- Create remediation strategies that will help improve clients' security posture

**Other important tasks you'll partake in include**:

- Research and develop innovative techniques, tools, and methodologies for penetration testing services
- Help define and document internal, technical, and service processes and procedures
- Contribute to the community through the development of tools, presentations, white papers, and blogs

**The experience you'll need to be successful**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred, with a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or IT
- In-depth security knowledge on one of the following: Active Directory, Critical Infrastructure, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Ability to think critically and identify areas of technical and non-technical risk.
- Ability to write technical reports and communicate technical content to non-technical audiences.
- Honest and professional, strong team influencer, able to proactively support team culture that fosters knowledge sharing, excellence, and collaboration.
- Able to work under pressure, and facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with offensive and defensive IT concepts
- Hands-on experience with well-known Red Team tools like Cobalt Strike, Bloodhound, Crackmapexec, Powerview etc.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration

**If you have any of the below, that would be a plus**:

- 2+ years of hands-on working experience in Red Team operations and/or network Penetration Testing in an enterprise, military, or law enforcement environment
- At least one of the following certifications: Offensive Security Certifications (e. g., OSCE, OSED), CRTP, CRTE, CRTO, PNPT
- Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Ruby, Python, Perl, C, C++, Java, and C#
- Knowledge of network protocols and design
- Strong communication and writing skills.
