Acadmic Counselor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Academic Counselor** to join our team in Noida. The primary responsibility of this role is to **sell undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses online**, guiding prospective students in making informed decisions about their education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand students' needs and provide them with suitable course recommendations.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain and update a database of student inquiries and admissions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in **academic counseling, telesales, or education sales** is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and passionate about career counseling and education sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
