**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach **Physics (Class XI, XII & NEET level)** with clarity, enthusiasm, and student-friendly techniques.
- Design and deliver engaging lectures, interactive sessions, and problem-solving classes.
- Prepare academic plans, teaching materials, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct **regular doubt-clearing sessions** and provide personalized academic support.
- Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic team to design curriculum, study materials, and test series.
- Stay updated with the latest NEET exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Motivate students to build confidence, consistency, and interest in Physics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D.) in Physics or a related discipline.
- Prior teaching experience in **NEET/JEE/Medical coaching institutes** preferred.
- Strong conceptual clarity and expertise in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Tamil proficiency is an added advantage).
- Ability to connect with students, inspire confidence, and make learning enjoyable.
- Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
