**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Write engaging and creative captions, posts, and scripts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

2. Develop fresh and innovative content ideas tailored to the tone and audience of an institute and agency.

3. Write concise and impactful scripts for social media reels, ads, and promotional videos.

4. Collaborate with designers and videographers to ensure the content aligns with visuals.

5. Draft creative scripts, blogs, and content as per client requirements.

6. Research and develop industry-relevant content to enhance brand messaging.

7. Create content in Marathi, Hindi, and English, maintaining consistency and quality across languages.

8. Adapt content tone and style to suit different platforms and audiences.

9. Ensure all content is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.

10. Edit and revise content based on feedback to achieve the desired impact.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. 1-2 years of professional experience in content writing or a similar role.

2. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken).

3. Strong storytelling and creative writing skills for digital platforms.

4. Ability to write in multiple tones/styles based on brand and audience.

5. Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization (preferred but not mandatory).

6. Excellent proofreading and editing skills.

7. Familiarity with social media trends and formats.

8. Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Basic understanding of graphic design or video editing tools is a bonus.

2. Experience writing scripts for video content.

**Work Environment**:
1.Flexible to collaborate with a creative team of designers, video editors, and clients.

2.Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
