**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in Mahindra vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and recommend additional services if required.
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to understand customer concerns and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and Mahindra vehicle models.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with Mahindra vehicles.
- Certification or diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and service advisors.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
