**Job description**
We're looking for a Brand Solutions Trainee who understands the pulse of social media and can bring fresh, platform-relevant ideas to life. From trend spotting to campaign thinking to executing reels when needed
- you’ll be helping shape content that connects and performs.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Working closely with the Brand Solutions Manager to plan the processes and workflow of all brands
- Tracking and leveraging social media trends for brand campaigns
- Ideating and executing original, Instagram Reels-first content
- Supporting the brand team in creating relevant, engaging solutions
- Coordinating with the brand team and internal teams to take brief and align resources
- Maintaining records of internal & external communications, scope of work and daily tasks
- Researching & analysing the brand and its competitors to understand the business & positioning and identifying key areas of opportunity
- Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to track digital performance
Working on pitches for potential clients and creating pitch decks

**Requirements**:

- 0- 1 year of experience in marketing, media, or related fields.
- Background in marketing, media, or communication. A Bachelor's degree in

Management Studies or Business Administration is preferred.
- Strong interest in social-first content and short-form video.
- Ability to create engaging presentation decks.
- Being good at presenting ideas and communicating one's own thoughts clearly.
- Awareness of social media and content trends on platforms like Instagram, YouTube,

LinkedIn.
- Open to converting to a full-time role.
- Work from the office 5 days a week.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
