Job Summary:
The Front Office Staff serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff members. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operation of the administrative functions within the organization. The Front Office Staff is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's programs, services, and policies.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement computer science curriculum aligned with educational standards and objectives.
- Teach students basic computer skills including typing, internet research, and file management.
- Instruct students in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch.
- Facilitate hands-on activities, projects, and experiments to reinforce learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and educational best practices.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or license required.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
