**Your Role**:
**Report Development & Maintenance**:

- **Design, develop, and maintain reports using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, and Canvas Reports.**:

- **Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.**:

- **Optimize existing reports to improve performance and user experience.**

**Data Analysis & Insights**:

- **Analyze HR data to identify trends and generate actionable insights that support business decisions.**:

- **Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand and fulfill reporting needs.**:

- **Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards for various stakeholders across the organization.**

**SuccessFactors Administration & Enhancements**:

- **Configure and customize SuccessFactors reporting modules based on evolving business needs.**:

- **Work closely with the Business team to troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues.**:

- **Stay updated with new features and enhancements in SuccessFactors People Analytics & Reporting.**:

- **Possess Employee Central portlet-wise knowledge to support detailed reporting and configuration.**

**Your Profile**:

- **2+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, including report development and data analysis.**:

- **Hands-on experience with Story Reports and Canvas Reports in SuccessFactors.**:

- **Strong understanding of Employee Central, with portlet-wise knowledge for detailed reporting and configuration.**:

- **Proficient in analyzing HR data to generate insights and support business decisions.**:

- **Familiar with software development lifecycle and support methodologies.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.**:

- **Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.**
