**Key Responsibilities**
- **Call customers** to remind them of overdue EMIs/loans.
- **Visit customers** in the field to collect payments.
- **Update records** and maintain compliance.
- Work with the team to **achieve monthly targets & earn incentives**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10th pass (12th preferred)**.
- **Two-wheeler & valid driving license** required.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
