Roles and Responsibilties:

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their HR processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client specifications, including Employee Central, Performance Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Succession Planning.
- Client facing skills
- In-depth knowledge in the below areas:

- Should have experience in modules like Employee Central / Payroll / Recruitment / Onboarding / Performance Goal Management / Succession and Planning / Learning management
- Hands on in Configuration of respective SuccessFactors module
- Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test documents and solution
- Should be able to Analyse quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF / Cloud team.
- Should be able to Design for data conversion, interface and reports requirements in SF, implementations
- Support and participate in customer implementations and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Interact with Business Function and document the requirements for project.
- Follow best-practices and standards to create the technical design for the implementation based on the Solution Design Document.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/ Feasibility services.
- Liaison with teams for project delivery bridging the gap for localization knowledge time-zone difference.
- Work with team to complete implementation / roll-out / support projects within budget/time, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Guide and help team members on a variety of topics.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
