**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Manage and track budgets, resources, and timelines for operational projects.
- Supervise, train, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare and present reports on operational metrics and performance to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain business continuity.
- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and contract negotiations.
- Support business development initiatives through operational insights and strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office or other operational software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 2 Wheeler License is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
