pattern master's job is to create patterns for garments, taking into account the design, fabric, and wearer's fit. They use a variety of tools and techniques, including computer-aided design (CAD) software, to translate a designer's vision into a wearable pattern: Plan and prepare: Prepare the pattern making process based on the techpack Create patterns: Create patterns using tools and materials, such as pencils, paper, scissors, knives, and drafting instruments Inspect and validate: Inspect and validate the pattern Maintain work area: Maintain the work area, tools, and equipment Interpret design: Read and interpret design details and blueprints Consider fabric: Understand the qualities of different fabrics, such as how much they stretch Calculate fabric: Compute the amount of fabric required to make a garment Meet with designers: Meet with designers to discuss the base design and review the final product Tweak and file: Tweak the pattern and file the design Report back: Report back to company managers Pattern masters should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to stand for long periods. They should also have basic mathematical skills, such as making calculations and measuring.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
