**Qualifications** - Any Graduate

**Age**:

- Upto 30 yrs
**Experience**:

- 3 + years of relevant experience

**Theme of the Role -**
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate
processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, statutory compliances, taxes,
and other deductions including new hires, terminations etc.

**Key Deliverables**

**Attendance** **&* **Leave** **Management*

1. Updation of In-Out Tracker weekly (Google Sheet)
2. Updation of Master Data
- Base (Excel / Google sheet)
3. Ensure all leave and attendance regularisation happens weekly and finally by 30th / 31st

**Salary** **Processing**

1. Deduction data to be received from all 4 locations by 25th/26th of every month.
2. Extra Sheet details for sweeper/driver/Pandit /farm-house by 31st
3. Any Salary revision - interim for retention cases - data to be received from
respective location HRs / HR Head4. Sales & Marketing attendance received from Sales-MIS team by 31st
5. Off-roll data to be received from locations by 31st

**MIS**

1. Payroll related MIS like TDS,PF,ESIC,P-TAX to be submitted to accounts
deptt by 6th of every month.
2. To provide salary data to MIS team for preparing HR Review data

**Full and Final Settlement**

1. No due certificate, resignation letter to be received from the respective
locations 1 day before the employee leaves the orgn.
2. Deduction details collation
3. Sending the F&F sheet to employee for acceptance and a/c dept. for
payment thereon.

**LTA/Bonus Payout**

1. Data to be received from Salary-Conso & validations in the system
thereon
2. After validations, the same has to be sent to a/c dept. for payment

**PLI Calculation & Payout**

1. Provisioning of PLI from M5 & above on monthly basis
2. Sending the PLI to a/c dept. as PLI policy for payment
3. PLI (M3 & above) to be done with HR Head

Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
Advanced excel (Vlookup/ H-lookup/ Pivot/ all IF functions/ Index-match/ sumif/
countif etc.) with ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate and analyse data
Drive and self-motivation.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
