**Role**: Billing in charge will be responsible for maintaining the revenue by establishing, implementing, and controlling the billing system.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for billing the orders placed through the sales executive/customers.
- Responsible for getting the approvals from the superiors
- Responsible for updating the day to day billing activities.
- Follow-up daily route sales/customer from sales executive.
- Follow-up daily calling customers
- Use whatsapp phone for Whatsapp orders, Request for stock statement, information sharing to sales executives, If need customers and company, Etc.
- New products are creating with full details. And also submit the product and purchase bills to OM inform to sales executives and customers.
- Responsible for modify invoices correctly and submit modified bills every day to OM.
- Responsible to report and deal front office properties.
- Responsible to count bills every day in system & give the details to store and sales team
- Responsible for enter purchase bills with 100% accuracy.
- Offer, Discounts, Quantity, HSN Code, GST Etc. are need to proper check every purchase and note it red ink in the purchase invoice. If any changes take proper action.
- Responsible for checking the payment status of the bills issued
- Responsible to check over outstanding bills. If find over outstanding know the proper reason and after getting the approval from accounts then do the bill.
- Deal petty cash as per fixed payments if others can deal after receive approval from accounts executive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹115,000.00 per year
