**Primary Responsibility**: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and provide administrative support to management and technical teams.

**Key Duties**:

- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and office supplies.
- Organize meetings, client visits, and internal events.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (internet, hardware, etc.).
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain petty cash records.
- Support management in documentation, compliance, and project coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and office discipline.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of basic HR/admin processes.
- Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle day-to-day office challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
