Role: - Psychologist ( choose any one) Location: - Hyderabad, Telangana Educational Qualification: - M.Phil in Clinical Psychology Years of Experience: - 3 to 8 years experience after completion of M.Phil or Psy D in Clinical Psychology will also do. **Salary**: - As per Industry Standards **Duties and Responsibilities: - ** 1. Conduct client screening to identify psychological, emotional or behavioural issues in clients while screening clients. Develop and implement treatment plans, therapeutic strategies, etc. 2. Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. 3. Coordinate with client’s families. 4. Work as a client manager to coordinate internally for all needs of client. 5. Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions. 6. Conduct research and use the latest standardized psychological/educational screening & diagnostic tests tools. 7. Involve self in multi-disciplinary report discussions, reviews, case discussions and report directly to Client care/outreach. 8. Support in implementing processes for clinical operations and quality standards at the centre. 9. Confidential record maintenance of all standardized tests or screening reports of each client. Maintain client demographics. 10. Write articles, interact with journalists for articles to be published in newspapers, on social media, Mpower’s content library. 11. Supervise interns to ensure that their project is executed as planned and encourage learning along the way. 12. Create modules for workshops to spread awareness and reach out with various programs for BITS. 13. Support and provide inputs in content sourcing and development for workshops, social media platforms, web-sites, etc. 14. Collaborate with the functional teams and Mpower’s strategy to increase the number of lives touched. 15. Connect with the medical and mental health fraternity to represent Mpower and contribute in increasing the number of referrals at Mpower. 16. Coordinate and lead all internal communication with BITS Management for day to day smooth operation of the cell. 17.
