**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic documentation and data entry.
- Ensure the office is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
- Manage basic IT and facility-related tasks or escalate issues when required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in an administrative or office support role.

**Skills Required**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

**Salary**:

- ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
