_**Responsibilities**:_
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Python and Shell scripting-related issues.
- Develop, modify, and maintain scripts in Python and Shell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure the integrity, reliability, and security of scripts and systems.
- Document scripts, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Track all the activities / changes in JIRA.
- Generate regular reports in JIRA on activities performed.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Python and Shell scripting, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Jira administration, including user management, workflows, and customizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in providing technical support or help desk support is a plus.
- Knowledge of other scripting languages and technologies is desirable

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
