**Reporting**
- Providing the necessary data to the managers and supervisors at various levels to help them to discharge their functions of organizing, planning, control and decision making.
- Gathering data from multiple online systems, analyzing the information, and reporting data to aid in management decision-making.
- Collecting the data, storing it, and making it accessible to managers who want to analyze the data by running reports.
**Roles and Responsibilities -** The person will be in charge of the data collection and management processes. He/She has to work closely with the other departments, academic and non-academic colleagues in the institute, ensuring that he/she is updated with the appropriate data, handling with a top notch efficiency. Specifically, the Key Result Areas include:
- Preparing MIS report
- weekly and monthly
- Database Management
- Creating, maintaining and enhancing records.
- PPT creation and preparation of Minutes of the meetings.
- Maintaining files in soft copy & hard copies
- Maintaining records of corporate resource activities processes
- Using information technology, people, and business processes to record, store and process data to produce information that decision makers can use to make day to day decisions.
**Experience** - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an institute, college, or university, is essential, while also communication expertise and leadership effectiveness is required. However, an applicant with similar experience in corporate or a related industry with a strong track record may be recruited.
**Desired skills -**
- Good Knowledge advance excel, word & PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of google sheets & google drive
- Good English Communication.
- Should be able to maintain records properly.
- Good written and communication skills
- Can handle pressure and has an eye for detail.
- Hardworking, Punctual and Disciplined
- Flexible in accepting work like making phone calls, etc.
