**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial records, including bookkeeping and ledger management
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies
- Process bank reconciliations and vendor payments
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial queries
- Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and records
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation as needed

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting formulas
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
