**CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN F&B**
- Desk in charge will functionally report to the Food & beverage manager on a daily basis
- To check and strictly ensure proper personal hygiene and grooming of staff and
- Make the necessary entry in the grooming card of the development record..
- Co-coordinating with the dietary.
- To ensure all the employees are oriented about the quality systems of the department.
- To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
- To be aware of departments performance and objective.
- To facilitate data collection for quality services.
- To adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.
- To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
- To go ward rounds.
- Taste the food before service.
- Check if sufficient food is picked up from the kitchen AMH if not F&B manager to be informed.
- Check and record the food waste in the food wastage register.

Inform the HOD regarding absenteeism, late coming and day-to-day problems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
