*Billing Executive*

Job Responsibilities:
Perform sale and purchase entry using Spectrum software (training provided).

Handle E-way Bill and E-invoice generation.

Follow up with customers and suppliers for documentation.

Coordinate with Bhiwandi personnel, godown, and transporters.

Execute administrative tasks such as filing and scanning.
**Required Skills**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the billing department.

Prior experience with Spectrum software preferred.

Knowledge of E-way bill and E-invoice procedures.
Additional Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.

General computer and internet literacy.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Salary:
Negotiable based on skills and performance in the interview.
Bonus:
One-month salary as a bonus after completing one year of service.
Leave and Holidays:
Weekly Off: Sunday

Monthly Paid Leave: 1

Festival Holidays: 11 per year

Total Yearly Leave: 75 days (including Sundays, Paid Leaves, and Holidays)
Working Hours:
10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,599.46 - ₹16,104.79 per month
