**JOB OVERVIEW**:
We are looking for a profoundly talented and experienced stitching Incharge to join our group. As a Stitching Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the stitching process in our production facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that stitching operations are effective and efficient while upholding the highest quality standards.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Create production plans and schedules for the sewing department.
- Analyze the production requirements, allocate resources such as machines, materials, and manpower, and ensure that the production targets are met within the given time frame.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues that may arise during the stitching process.
- Train, coach, and provide guidance to stitching operators to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain inventory of stitching supplies, machines, and equipment, and ensure their proper maintenance and repair.
- Check and inspect the final products on a regular basis to make sure they meet the required standards.
- Proven 2-3 years of working experience as a Stitching Incharge or similar role in the garment manufacturing industry.

**ELIGIBILITY**
- Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in identifying and troubleshooting stitching issues and bottlenecks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.

**NOTE**

Stipend: Rs20000-Rs30000 per month.
