**Responsibilities**:

- **Become the trusted advisor**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- **Negotiate like a pro**: Secure the best rates and terms for your clients, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- **Master the logistics**: Coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations.
- **Keep everyone informed**: Track shipments closely, providing regular updates and proactive communication to clients.
- **Problem solver extraordinaire**: Address any challenges that arise during the shipping process, finding swift and effective solutions.
- **Stay compliant**: Ensure all shipments adhere to relevant regulations and laws.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight brokerage industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws is a must.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
