**Job Title: Design Engineer (Architecture)**

**Location**: Mathura, UP

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month

**Accommodation**: Provided

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and planning of commercial buildings, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed 2D designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers during the site planning and execution phases.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Assist in preparing pre-DCR documentation and engage with relevant authorities.
- Provide technical support and solutions to on-site challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
- 2-3 years of experience in designing commercial buildings and site planning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with pre-DCR processes and online submissions.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
