**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calls**: Make calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s products/services and generate leads.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
- **Follow-ups**: Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information and feedback.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- **Sales Conversion**: Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, sales, or customer acquisition.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to improve products/services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in CRM software.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum [Insert Educational Requirement, e.g., High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree].
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
