**You Bring**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in transportation management systems and MS Office suite
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
