**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about our courses, curriculum, batches, fee structure, and career prospects.
- Counsel students on course selection based on their goals and background.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel and track the admission pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual counselling sessions and demo classes.
- Work closely with the training and admin teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, campus visits, and events to attract students.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
- Good at handling student queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Technology, Marketing, Psychology preferred).
- Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or educational sales is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a learning attitude are welcome.
