**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.

2. Provide information about our immigration services and answer any questions or concerns.

3. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Schedule appointments for immigration consultations with our consultants.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the database.

7. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointment scheduling.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.

2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.

3. Ability to effectively engage with clients over the phone and build rapport.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Good time management and organizational skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Prior experience in the immigration industry is preferred but not required.

Location: Chandigarh

Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, Punjabi
