Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Maruti Digital

Reports To: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all functions run efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and monitor workflow, ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met.

2. Team Coordination:

- Collaborate with various departments (Design, HR, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Assist in resolving any operational issues that arise.
- Help in coordinating resources and assigning responsibilities across departments.

3. Inventory & Resource Management:

- Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other resources, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

4. Data Management:

- Track, analyze, and report on operational metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of processes and operational activities.

5. Vendor & Client Management:

- Communicate with external vendors to negotiate contracts and manage service agreements.
- Support the team in client interactions and operational requirements.

6. Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Promote and enforce health and safety procedures in the workplace.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in a creative or digital environment.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
