**Job Title**: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
**Location**: Bhopal
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing channels.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, offering suitable property solutions.
- **Property Tours**: Organize and conduct property site visits, showcasing property features and benefits to clients.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate property deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction, and assist in preparing agreements and contracts.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about local real estate trends, property values, and competition to provide clients with informed advice.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain records of sales, prospects, and client interactions. Submit regular sales reports to management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support and addressing property-related queries.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
