- **Material Selection**: Researching and selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the design concept, budget, and functional requirements.
- **Building Regulations and Codes**: Ensuring that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to refine designs and address any issues or concerns.
- **Client Communication**: Presenting design proposals to clients and incorporating their feedback into the design process.
- **Project Management**: Assisting with project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- **Construction Support**: Providing support during the construction phase by reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits, and addressing any design-related issues that may arise.
