**Job Title**: BPO Insurance Executive

Location: Andheri west

Note: It is a night shift. Timings: 7pm - 4am

**Reports To**: Team Leader / Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Support**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their insurance policies, claims, and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, terms, and conditions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

**2. Policy Management**
- Assist customers in purchasing, renewing, or upgrading insurance policies.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations as per customer requests.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for pending documentation or customer queries.

**3. Claims Assistance**
- Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring all necessary information and documents are collected.
- Track claim statuses and provide regular updates to clients.

**4. Data Entry & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.

**5. Sales & Cross-Selling**
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products or add-ons.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for new policies or renewals as set by the management.

**6. Compliance & Quality Assurance**
- Adhere to all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a BPO environment, preferably in insurance, is an advantage.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance software tools.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products, terms, and processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:

- back office: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
