**Job Summary**:
As a Concept Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling artwork that serves as a foundation for game assets, environments, and characters. You will work closely with the art director, designers, and other team members to establish a unique artistic vision for our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and vehicles.
- Collaborate with the creative team to establish the visual identity of projects.
- Translate ideas and narratives into stunning visual representations.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the art director and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in style and quality throughout the creative pipeline.
- Research and gather visual references to enhance design concepts.
- Work efficiently within project timelines and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Concept Artist in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional concept art skills.
- Proficiency in digital painting tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, and perspective.
- Ability to create both realistic and stylized designs.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and texturing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for video games, storytelling, and visual development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in game development or animation studios.
- Understanding of game design and development pipelines.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Blender, ZBrush, or Maya.

Pay: ₹12,178.05 - ₹35,000.00 per month
