**Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Follow-ups**
- Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details.

**2. Client Engagement & Coordination**
- Understand client needs and provide relevant project details.
- Handle initial inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for prospective buyers.

**3. Sales Support & Collaboration**
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Keep track of market trends and customer preferences.

**4. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion progress.
- Ensure all Sales Associate activities align with company policies and targets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, tele calling, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).**:

- Fluent in **English, Hindi, and Telugu** (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
