Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Translate marketing objectives into creative design solutions that align with brand guidelines and enhance brand identity.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs within established deadlines.
- Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure print quality and accuracy of final products.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference and reuse.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and design styles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
