**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases to target for optimization.
- Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies such as optimizing meta tags, headers, and content for target keywords.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and work with web developers to resolve them.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and changes in search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop content that is optimized for search engines.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant websites to increase the quantity and quality of inbound links to our site.
- Assist with developing and implementing paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
- Prepare reports on website performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
