1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in weaving cloth: Prepares and issues instructions to drawing-in department, indicating harness size, number of harnesses required, type of heddles, number of warp ends per inch, and sequence in which warp ends are to be drawn through harness and reed.
- 2) Prepares loom change instructions indicating changes in loom shedding, picking, beating-up, warp let off, and cloth take up motions according to weaving design
- 3) Scans cloth during weaving for defects in yarn, design, and looms

**Very Urgent Position**
