**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the main aacharya. This role requires strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on efficiency, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Manage expenses and reimbursements.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth workflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other contacts.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and events.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Provide logístical support for meetings, conferences, and other events.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Perform other administrative or support tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- **At least 2 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant** to a senior executive or in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
