**Job Title**: MBA Finance Manager (Accounting & Taxation)

**Job Location**: Adalaj, Gandhinagar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Management**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain and update all financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Ensure GST compliance and manage all GST-related tasks, including filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation of GST liabilities and input credits.
- Handle GST audits and ensure timely payment and filing.
- **TDS Management**:

- Oversee TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and timely filing of TDS returns.
- Ensure compliance with TDS-related provisions under the Income Tax Act.
- **Import-Export Accounting**:

- Manage accounting related to import and export transactions, including customs duties, freight charges, and other associated costs.
- Prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- **E-Way Bill Management**:

- Generate and manage E-Way Bills for the movement of goods and ensure compliance with the GST e-way bill requirements.
- Maintain records of all generated E-Way Bills and manage any disputes or issues arising.
- **Tally Software Expertise**:

- Proficiently use Tally software for accounting, tax computation, reporting, and invoicing.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in the Tally system.
- Prepare data for audits and ensure the integrity of financial data in the software.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth accounting processes and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial operations and achieving cost savings.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Support management in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Prepare and file any necessary financial documentation for internal and external audits.
- Handle any ad-hoc financial projects or tasks as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with GST, TDS, import-export accounting, and E-Way Bill management.
- Proficiency in Tally Software.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and taxation regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling financial data.
