**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Data Modeler** with **8+ years of experience**, ideally in the **healthcare domain**, who has strong hands-on expertise in **IBM UDMH**. This is an immediate requirement for a **6-month contract** (with possible extension).

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and compliant healthcare data models to support analytics, reporting, and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design, develop, and maintain **conceptual, logical, and physical** data models.
Work extensively with **IBM UDMH** to design optimized healthcare data structures.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable models.
Use **ER modeling tools** like ER/Studio, ERwin, etc., to build models.
Write and optimize complex **SQL queries**.
Support **ETL, data warehousing, and reporting** teams with clear data model documentation.
Ensure data quality, compliance, governance, and lineage documentation.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**8+ years** as a **Data Modeler** or **Data Architect**.
**Strong experience with IBM UDMH** in healthcare projects.
Proficient in **data modeling tools** like **ERwin, ER/Studio**, or similar.
Expertise in **SQL** and **data modeling methodologies**.
Solid understanding of **ETL pipelines** and **data warehousing** concepts.
Familiarity with **healthcare data standards** such as **HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT**, etc.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Nice to Have**
Experience with **cloud platforms** (Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with **big data tools** (Hadoop, Spark).
Understanding of **data governance** and **Master Data Management (MDM)** frameworks.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
