IT Administrator

**Roles & Responsibility**:
**Major Tasks**
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and resolve technical issues.
- Set up and manage network cabling and structured cabling systems.
- Administrate the CCTV setup
- Configure and maintain network switches, WiFi AP, Firewall and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage internet lease lines and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure timely upgrades and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and network support.
- Ensure IT security and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with Central IT team, and ensure to comply local IT as per the Process and Policy define.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience in printer configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience of network cabling, crimping, IO termination, and network troubleshooting. Knowledge of Structure Cabling standards.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining network switches, Wifi AP.
- Basic Knowledge of of Firewall configuration.
- Experience of CCTV, NVR installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of internet lease line setup, troubleshooting, and management.
- Ability to work independently and handle IT issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- 4 to 6 years
