Education: UG/PG in Commerce/MBA, Fluent in English, & Comfortable handling 12th & 11th Students.

Brief of Duties and responsibilities:
1. Plan lessons effectively and present them to students using creative teaching techniques in engaging ways daily.
2. Assess the weaknesses, strengths, and abilities of every student each week and address them appropriately.
3. Maintain obvious rules for a disciplined classroom that still allows students to feel comfortable asking questions and brainstorming.
4. Adapt lesson plans when class sizes change or students are struggling with a particularly difficult concept.
5. Preparing a conducive classroom environment to meet the student's needs and interests.
6. Preparing student progress and assessment reports as required by administration.
7. Attend parent-teacher conferences each semester and have detailed evaluations ready to share with all students.
8. Have a firm commitment to upholding the school's mission.

- Stay up with progressive teaching technology.

Selection Process: Written Examination, Subject Demo & Personal/Walk-in-Interview.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
