**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct football training sessions independently for assigned age groups.
- Develop and implement **age-specific lesson plans** aligned with the club’s curriculum.
- Monitor and track individual and team progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to aid development.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
- Maintain discipline, enthusiasm, and a positive environment during sessions.
- Support the physical development of players, including basic fitness and agility drills.
- Ensure player safety and adherence to club rules and protocols.
- Participate in tournaments, camps, and promotional events as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **AIFF D / C License** or **NSIS Coaching Certification** (preferred).
- Minimum **1-2 years of coaching experience** post-certification.
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, drills, and youth coaching methods.
- Ability to plan and execute structured training sessions.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, especially with young players and their parents.
- Passion for working with children and fostering holistic development.
- **Experience in fitness training** or conditioning will be considered an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per training schedules.

Pay: ₹13,447.66 - ₹35,000.00 per month
