**Responsibilities**:

- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including technology and activity-based learning, to enhance student engagement.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and debate on social and historical issues.
- Organize educational trips, projects, and interactive sessions to deepen students’ understanding of social sciences.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents and fellow educators to support student development.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students in social sciences.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
