**Job Title: Waiter/Waitress**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and presenting them with menus. - Taking food and beverage orders and conveying them to the kitchen or bar staff. - Serving food and beverages as per the customer's requests. - Following up and checking in with tables to ensure the guests are satisfied with their meals and service. - Accurately processing customer payments through the point-of-sale system. - Maintaining a clean and tidy dining room and ensuring that tables are set appropriately. - Adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling. - Collaborating with co-workers and managers to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required. - Strong knowledge of culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques. - The ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - A customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests. - A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
